Cleansing Sequence

by Howard B. Richman

Cleansing Sequence

How do you know which cleansing routine to do and in what order?

Here’s how to make sense of all the options for cleansing: Colon cleanse, parasite cleanse, liver flush, kidney flush, heavy metal detox, lymphatic cleanse.

The main thing to consider is the flow of waste out of the body. Of course we have skin releasing toxins and urine releasing toxins. But the primary method of releasing toxins is the intestinal tract. You might think of it as the main sewer line for the human body! If this is malfunctioning then you have issues with all the other systems.

Doctors like to diagnose you with this illness and that illness. But what if the diagnosis for eczema on your skin or arthritis in your joints or arteriosclerosis in your arteries could just be a “backup” of toxins that could not be fully-released through the colon and these toxins now have nowhere else to go? This is why when you are considering doing a sequence of cleansing routines, the first one that is recommended is to do a colon cleanse.

After you kill parasites, you need to move them out quickly. This is why you would never want to start with a parasite purge. You should start with a colon cleanse and WHILE you are on the cleanse, THEN start working on killing the parasites and their eggs. This way the die-off can be pushed out quickly and not be re-absorbed.

Many people are attracted to doing a heavy metal cleanse. But parasites are drawn to heavy metals so this is why you should do the heavy metal cleanse BEFORE doing a parasite cleanse.

The toxins from the liver dump into the colon so the colon should already be functioning before you do a liver flush. Many people try a liver cleanse before cleaning the colon and then they regret it because they become very nauseous.

The toxins from the lymph flow into the colon and the kidneys so it is also advisable to do a kidney cleanse before doing the lymphatic cleanse.

Suggested Cleansing Program Sequence

  1. COLON CLEANSE
  2. HEAVY METAL CLEANSE (while doing colon cleanse)
  3. PARASITE CLEANSE (while doing colon cleanse)
  4. LIVER FLUSH
  5. KIDNEY CLEANSE
  6. LYMPHATIC CLEANSE
